Downstage is a nonprofit labor of love begun by music teacher Liz Hazlett and two moms, Jo-Ell Robinson and Lisa Palmarini, whose children continue to experience great joy and accomplishment performing. Their efforts to share the benefits of music theatre with all teens who love this American art form is a personal one and a mission they hope will create self-confident, empathetic, and creative human beings who enjoy performing and/or appreciating and supporting music theatre for a lifetime.
